Together with M. Mecir won the first Hopman Cup in Perth (1989); 2014 Fed Cup Award of Excellence recipient.
In 1999 helped re-establish the International Lawn Tennis Club of the Czech Republic and became its President. From January 2001 till June 2008 was a Co-opted member of the Executive Committee of the Council of the International Clubs (total of 35 countries).
From February 2001 till November 2008 served on the Presidium of the Czech Olympians' Club.
From June 2007 till June 2018 served on the Presidium of the Czech Fair Play Club.
Is a co-founder of the Kids and Junior Tennis Advancement Organisation in the Czech Republic.
In October 2001 became a spokesperson of The Cystic fibrosis Association – Club in the Czech Republic. The main task of this Association - Club is to improve medical and social conditions for patients with Cystic fibrosis.
Became an Honorary Smile Ambassador for the Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation in 2003.
Is an Honorary Member of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).
In November 2009 became a Member of the "Champions for Peace" club. The club is an initiative by "Peace and Sport l’Organisation pour la Paix par le Sport."
Helena Suková was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2018!
